By banks of river Kocába in Nový Knín

Nový Knín is located between town Dobříš and dam Slapy. The town is connect with development of a gold mining since 14. century and it´s reminds to these days by mint on a square and by touristic paths connecting surviving drifts. Changes in the project should strengthen tourism, make the city more attractive and also increase capacity of housing space and add missing facilities. Development is divided to four phases which thicken building density and connect lokal centres by footpaths. The most important changes are bulding completion on Na Merendě street, revitalization of brownfield near the city centre, permeability of Kocába river, copletion on gap sites and new retirement home with park close to the square.
