BŘEVNOV COMMUNITY CENTRE

The building is located on a plot with a relatively high elevation and overgrown greenery. The aim of my design was to cooperate with the hill. The building of the designed community center consists of three floors, serving two generations of different ages. The ground floor serves the public and seniors and the third floor serves children. Since it was not my intention to divide these two generations, I added another floor, which is accessible for children and seniors and is used for joint activities. The exterior is also divided. The shape of the building allowed me to create three height levels of the exterior, one of which is the walkable roof of the first floor.
