APARTMENT HOUSE OSTRAVA !!!

Our assignment was to create an apartment building as part of the urban project of a new main street in Ostrava and a street line, which connect the Lower Vítkovice area and the center of Ostrava. The floor plan is designed on the principle of a cross. In its center there is a communication core which divide the mass into two blocks, which are also shown on the street facade. The garden facade is more open to the surroundings and offers views of the nearby river or the peaks of the Beskydy Mountains. The house has 7 floors with a residential function and two underground floors, where we can find garages, where we should go by a separate staircase. On the ground floor there are rooms for commercial purposes, facilities for residents of the house and a private passage to garden.
