The tower by the river, bridge and highway completes the horizon of high-rise buildings in the south of Prague.
The dominant feature is located at the crossroads of important urban routes in the heart of Braník - near the Prague Iceworks. The proposed set of low houses with two towers becomes the answer to the question of connecting the scale of the buildings of the former industrial area with the world of large horizontal bridges and highways. The height dominant on the river bank becomes a beacon warning of the uniqueness, rarity and undiscovered potential of the site.
