Solid and fluid

The design aims to promote connectivity and to promote more sustainable forms of transport (although the car is not excluded from the proposal). The analysis of Holešovice also helped to come to a conclusion determining the spatially suitable land for the skyscraper(s). The northern part of Holešovice proved to be the most suitable, due to the low density of buildings (which allows bolder entrances in accordance with the Prague Building Regulations) as well as the proximity of transport connections. The houses themselves are simple, the facades have regular grids with subtle coloring. Skyscrapers are located at the intersection of roads, communicating with each other through the public space.
