Annotation

The service house is located in Lovosice in Osvoboditelů Street and is a brutalist building from the 1970s. The whole multifunctional complex consists of individual buildings in the shape of blocks, which are interconnected by arcades. In some parts, a blue mosaic was used as the facade tiling. The interior of the restaurant, which is designed in one of the blocks of the complex, tries to adapt the style of this time and involve regular grid in the form of repeating squares throughout the interior. Thanks to the square grid, the wooden coffered ceiling of the entire restaurant is created. The square field descends unevenly into the restaurant space and forms a undulating area. The most distinctive material in the interior is walnut wood, which is repeated on the partitions and furniture.
