Apartment building - Podolí

The designed apartment building is located in Prague - Podolí. It creates a connection between streets Sinkulova and Ve Svahu. It consists of two residential houses, which are connected through a two-level mutual garage. In my design, I focused on the apartment building accessible from Sinkulova Street. Most of the first floor is occupied by a garage, there is also an entrance hall, a rentable space and a utility room. The designed building contains three typical floors, which consist of three residential units - two of them 3+kitchenette and one 2+kitchenette. The last floor consists of only two apartments, which are category 4+kitchenette. In addition, the house also offers a community green roof with a small shelter. The space between both objects was designed as a stepped garden.
