Living above Holešovice

We are in Holešovice near the exhibition center in Prague. This part of Prague has suffered a relatively large amount in the last fifty years of interventions mainly due to infrastructure. This is a problematic place where the various characters of the development are adjacent to each other and do not hold much together. The triangular plot is surrounded on two sides by the streets and on the third side, it is adjacent to the railway line. The land near the track is very often neglected, unmaintained and dirty. We will be able to break down this prejudice on this parcel and at the same time to help this locality in its further development? The proposal has a task set a new standard for how to build in this area of Prague.
