The project works with residual area located in Horní Libeň. It is near the tram stop U Kříže. With its easy accessibility by public transport and proximity to near park with river, has this place its unique potencial that has not been exploited yet. The aim of this architectural study is to fill the empty space that is in direct contact with the runway and show that the runway does not form barrier, but can be integrated into urban infrastructure. The dominant feature of the apartment building is the courtyard, which lights the mass of the house and creates a quiet private space for its inhabitants. It also achieves better illumination of inner spaces in the house.
