BĚLEHRADSKA STREET

The apartment building I designed is in the centre of Prague. The plot is located on a fairly steep slope, which opens the entrances to two floors of the building. At the foot of the plot in the western facade there is an entrance to the underground parking, to the residential part and to the office, which is one floor higher. In the underground part of the building there are two floors for parking and technical rooms. In the higher part of the slope, the entrance to the shops from the street facade of the building and the entrance to the residential part from the side were located. All apartments are located above the shops and offices. The building has five floors of standard type and one (the highest) with terraces.
