APARTMENT BUILDINGS ŠKOLSKÁ

The newly designed apartment buildings fill the current gap in the surrounding area and thus complete the expression of the street Školská near the historic center of Kolín. The height and the recessed floor of the house in the street Příkrá correspond with the character of existing houses in neighborhood. There are a total of 40 flats in the four apartment buildings, which will significantly expand the city's housing stock. In the street Školská, there are front gardens in front of the houses, since there are apartments situated on the ground floor. The buildings stand on a two-storey garage, which offers a total of 115 parking spaces.
