On the edge of Kouřimské náměstí, near the church of St. Stephen, is situated a residential building. There is a cozy café on the ground floor of the apartment building on a pentagonal floor plan. Through a separate entrance you can get to two generous apartments with a continuous character. The apartments are solved by a system of cells that create three open spaces with a certain function. The second building, also of a pentagonal floor plan, contains two apartments solved in the same conceptual way.
