SLOVAN

My goal was to get people back to the city center and use the original Slovan parking house in the form of student flats. On the roof is located an affordable dining room and basketball court, which brings the human element to the alienated environment. In addition, the roof serves as a relaxation area for residents and visitors. I left the original low ceilings only in small private spaces, high ceilings, through the two original floors, in common areas for 4-8 students in one cell. The whole house laces up ramps for cars, as a reminder of the previous use of the building.
