The motivation for this proposal is to supplement and expand the existing public park in the city center of Prague, the potential of which is currently not being fulfilled. I chose a slightly unusual place for the building, but Apple always tries to be something original and unique, so I decided to place the building on the water. The place has the potential given that there is an attractive surrounding space, good accessibility and a lot of space for construction, which, however, must be used sensitively. I identified this sensitivity as the main motive. I did not want to disturb the current view of the historic center and I decided to place the building below ground level and thus connect the park area with the walking roof of the proposed Apple store.
