RESIDENTAL HOUSE WITH A COFFE SPACE

Project strove for rebuiltment of a blank space which is situated on a very complicated however ambicious place, on a "Drůbeží trh" street in Opava, place, which was fundamentally transformed by Second World War´s struggles, which was never recovered. The surrarounding objects are very close and coutryard is being used as a parking. The task was to develop in a open space, rebuilding the street line, avoid interfering surrarounding objects and rebuilding suitable inner coutryard. The residental house fuses with its neighbourhood in addition to giving new aesthetic and social values. New objects supports all ideas, they were achieved in rebuilding the street line, coutryard, meeting new tendencies, adding a social services - small coffee shop with modest facilities.
