KVĚTNÁ - FARMHOUSE REVITALIZATION

The proposal deals with the restoration of the former rychta in the village of Květná near the town of Polička. Rychta is located in the center of the village. It was originally a quadrangular farmyard and one of the largest buildings in the village. Only two sides of the court have survived to their current form. The building is designed as a municipal house, where in front of the house, on the site of the former living room, there is the mayor's office with a meeting room for deputies. In the back there is a pub with a clubhouse. There is an exhibition space in the attic and the back of the house serves as a place to sleep with hygienic facilities. In the oldest part of building is designed museum of Květná.
