Winary Velké Němčice

Václav Týn

Annotation

Winery in Velké Němčice, set in the western slope of the vineyard. The concept consists of three separate buildings - a winery building, a small studio for occasional sleeping and a third building, a technology warehouse. The shape of the main building is inspired by the sloping terrain and the wine-making process. The building is largely sunk into the ground, mainly for better thermal regulation during wine storage. It is organized into three levels, each level has its own function. Entrance floor at the level of the driveway, where guests also enter when visiting, with a room where wine processing takes place. They walk down the stairs, discover production and along the way, and at the end of the trip, guests will have a beautiful view of the Pálav Hills in the tasting room.
