Administrative building with double parking

The layout of the building is designed to be integrated into the market on Budejovické Square. The building stands partly by the current car park and the entrance to metro station C. I used this almost empty space to place a new office building, with a double car park and ten floors with office space. The car park starts on the ground floor and continues down to the 1st lower floor. On the 2nd floor there are office spaces with a reception, but there are also conference rooms, separate toilets for the public and for employees, and there are also kitchens. The typical floor starts from the 3rd floor. The entrance to the garages is on the east side of the building and is solved by an access road from the bus stop on Budějovická Street.
