Sušice - Under Wenceslas

The site is located near the square in the central part of the Czech town Susice, specifically under the church of St. Wenceslas. The site has a great potential for community and transitional dwellings. The target group are seniors as well as people in need. The building consists of four floors in total. The facade is cladded with dark brickwork which is complemented by light elements and large French windows, substituting the absence of balconies.
