Kralupy nad Vltavou, a town in motion

Lukáš Radda

Annotation

Kralupy nad Vltavou is located on a railway line with a 20-minute drive to Prague. The aim is to show the possible development of today's unused industrial area, which together with the railway creates a significant barrier. The new development has primarily a residential character. There are low-rise apartment buildings, terraced houses and family houses with gardens. In the vicinity of the new railway station is a green square with restaurants and shops on the ground floor. The kindergarten complex is attached to the square. Along the Zákolanský stream there is a cycle path, which connects to the existing network of cycling routes.
