The overall design concept is based on the main idea of a green belt with wedges. Green areas penetrate to all scales and flow smoothly from intravilan to extravilane. The proposal provides a rich number of newly created links. 1st territory - land transport connections, new residential buildings, new bus station 2nd territory - new sets of dwellings buildings with front gardens separated from the railway by several strips alley, design of a new park made up largely of existing ones trees 3rd territory - fine addition of "empty" spaces by family houses, at the bottom of the proposal provides for a diverse range of new family homes with a kindergarten.
