South entrance to the historic center Čáslav

The proposed buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of the historical centre of Čáslav. The historic centre is completed by newly designed apartment buildings with an active ground floor, and the pedestrian zone has been extended and connected to the new town. A new department store with an active ground floor oriented towards the pedestrian zone is being built here, and a new kindergarten has also been designed. Another important step in the design was also the straightening of the road route in Jeníkovská Street and the design of a traffic light intersection in order to slow down the traffic in this location.
