The typical morphological and typological character of Holešovice is given by block residential development with atypical elements inserted between the blocks: parks, Holešovická tržnice, smaller stadium, DOX gallery, etc. The former industrial district at the same time as an urban area is isolated from parts of Bubeneč, but according to the new spatial plan, it has the potential to join and bring more life into Holešovice in the future. Based on future development, the Holešovick embankment represents a lucrative location. In accordance with the studio assignment, another atype with creative and artistic content will be inserted here to develop the Art District 7 concept.
