A Flat On Šafránka

The proposed set of buildings dealt with accommodation for doctors, nurses and future patients of the rehabilitation clinic. The construction responds to the existing Na Šafránka line stop. The north-south orientation was used for maximum lighting of the living rooms. The architectural expression of buildings is based on clear lines and masses to ensure orientation in space. We designed permanent housing for doctors and nurses, temporary housing for patients and a rehabilitation clinic. Residential buildings provide apartments ranging in size from 1+kk to 3+kk. The clinic allows you to have refreshments in the cafe on the ground floor, where you could sit outside in sunny weather. The complex has one underground floor, where there is common parking.
