The assignment takes place in Prague - Bubny. Our task for the semester was to analyse master plan designed by IPR and others and then to design a high rise building into one of the proposed city blocks. The aim was to design a skyscraper which may or may not follow given high and size regulations of the block or tower.
Are the regulations justified? How would the city look like without them but still with some synergy in mind?
