House, square, floors, elevated floors, slope, apple trees, pear trees, stairs, houses, views ... Nusle. The house tries to respond to all this and more. The rational mass and division are a response to the plot's complex urban context and morphology. The house is a modern answer to the demand for luxury family living, with a better impact on society than suburban sprawls.
