The Bubny-Zatory area represents one of the key developments of Prague and the completion of an important axis of the east-west diameter. The investor is both the city and private capital. It will be arranged. Instead of experimenting with functions, the design experiments with the construction material, wood, and sticks to the 3 basic functions of the city, which housing is the main one. Owner-occupied, long term rental and social housing. Instead of separating these income groups, the design brings these groups together, creating a heterogeneous environment in terms of social classes. Housing complements work. Typical office space, but also smaller rentable studios for start-up businesses.
