Šafránka Housing

The design is based on the context of the place - the composition follows the existing pattern of free spaces bound by masses. The house fills the gap in the street, and does not interrupt the character of the street. The disposition is affected by orientation - the entrances to the flats are on the galleries oriented to the north. Both houses are accessible to disabled people. Important part of the design is the garden. It is divided into two levels, which allows separation of multiple functions such as vegetable garden or sport activity.
