Les Terrasses

Les Terrasses project focuses on housing medical staff from the nearby Motol and Na Homolce hospitals, located in Prague. It provides accommodation for a variety of users. There are studio apartments for interns and students, as well as 2-bedroom apartments for couples and 3-bedroom apartments for smaller families. There is also a community room on the ground floor of the front building where all these social groups can meet. The cafe, which is accessible to anyone from the neighbourhood, can also serve as a place for colleagues to spend time together. Above the garages, in privacy away from the street, there is a spacious outdoor terrace. Most apartments also have their own terraces. By using the existing terrain, two of the apartments also got a front garden.
