Apartment building „stack of firewood“

The apartment building called sometimes a "pile of wood" or the "stack of firewood" is situated in the Krkonoše Mountains, at the very top of the Vrbata hill. It is located in a very unusual place, which offers lovely views of the landscape that stretches under the Krkonoše ridges. The building is set on a gentle slope near the Vrbata cabin so that the installation can be accessed as easily as possible from the adjacent road. The concept of the whole house comes from the inspiration of a pile of wood thrown around without any order, meaning or essence of the application. Another inspiration was the classic Krkonoše woodsheds, which are built of stone and timber.
