Annotation

The apartment house is a corner building in a newly designed district of Pilsen, located between the train station and the historic center. It is conceived as a nine-story building. The mass of the structure on the higher floors retreats from the street. The remaining mass creates a dominant corner. The ground floor serves as a commercial area. Residents can enter from two places - from the arcade and from the embankment with the entrance to the underground garages, connected to the house next door. The types of apartments range from flatlet to 4+KK, each having its own loggia or terrace. In terms of material, the parterre is distinguished from the rest of the house by the application of shotcrete with pigment matching the tone of the bricks used in the cladding of the remaining floors.
