At the border, where the busy and the quiet merge, where the city walls look at the prefab houses, there is a well-trodden path. Shortcut to the city. A house stands on each side of it. And so it became a underway.
The proposal for housing in Litomeřice follows past and presence. The underpass that connects the houses also connects the formal square with the informal park in front of the walls. The monumental palace, which fits into the Tuscan mood of a small town in the north of Bohemia, creates a pleasant place to live.The apartment building is centralized by a high hall, which continues into a small inner block for the residents of the building.To emphasize the contrasts of the surrounding environment, limestone and corten railings are used in the facade solution with concrete arcades
