Archer's island - Litomerice

To the south of the city center of Litomerice, by the banks of the river Elbe, we reach Archer's island. In order to solve problems related to traffic, where cars not only block the road, but also make the stay unpleasant for visitors, a parking house is designed before the entrance to the footbridge (connecting the island to the mainland). There is an exterior sculpture gallery on the western tip of the island. An exhibition pavilion has been designed here to make viewing the sculptures more pleasant and to expand their collection with works intended for indoor display. Thanks to its shape, the house can be passed "from one side to the other", so in addition to the beauty inside, it also offers views of the surroundings.
