HI Litoměřice

Light, space and generosity. These are the words I would use to describe the HI apartment building. The heart of the entire unit is located on each floor, and by that I mean the corridor. A long sunlit corridor leading to each individual apartment supported by a stairwell under the sky itself. Throughout the apartment building, the emphasis is on the already mentioned light. We will not find gloomy black corners here, perhaps only the garage and cellar spaces themselves. Therefore, due to the emphasis on the cardinal directions, the house has an H shape. The surrounding development at the border of the old and new town reflects the relatively modernist and functionalist appearance of the building. The white tiles on the facade only support it.
