The Křesomyslova building is situated on a plot of land under the Nusel Bridge, by the Botič River. The shape of the house completes the broken linear development along the railway line and at the same time preserves both street lines of Křesomyslova and Jaromírova streets. The front of the house facing the Botič allows access to the garage as well as to the ground floor, where the supermarket is located. This communicates with the main street Jaromírova, which runs from Vršovice to the end of the Nusel valley.
