Consume crushing

The Ukrainian pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Osaka is located in the empowering lives zone and represents the current problem of society. This problem is related to the empowerment of the economy and as a result the excessive sale and consumption of unnecessary goods. Such an approach to consumption leads to other environmental problems. This situation arose due to the strong and rapid development of trade and can be seen in the transformation of the typology of trades during the last century. Such a booming trade can be compared to blowing a glass ball, which serves no function except its lexistence and its continuous enlargement. The pavilion is the moment of crushing a metaphorical ball that can no longer withstand its own tension.
