Valdenská street: new town block and bus station

The goal of the project is to integrate the area into the structure of the town, enrich it with new opportunities, and at the same time preserve the existing advantages and functions of the place. It is absolutely necessary to maintain the function of a transportation hub, but the bus station can be more appropriately located and dimensioned. This will create space for a multifunctional city block. On the basis of communication with local residents and employees of the city office, the following functions were chosen: Civic amenities (city library), Building for workers in the service sector (coworking hub) and housing.
