A solid, compact, and cohesive structure in contrast to the fragmented character of the surroundings, which responds to the development and deficiencies in the given area while respecting the geometry of the block development and the industrial history of Smíchov. Absence - the lower part of Smíchov suffers from a lack of quality public spaces or areas with mature vegetation, which is why a large part of the addressed area is prioritized for these purposes. Development - the selected area deliberately lies on the border between two developing localities, namely Náplavka and Smíchov city. Another important concept of the design is precisely to create a smooth interweaving of these two developing areas. Connection - the structure as a line, path, connection. It leads directly and clearly.
