Apartment Building Krámská

The void is located near the main town square of Náchod and in its historical centre. With its position, it seals the block of surrounding buildings, but currently, it is a neglected space used as a parking lot, like many other places in Náchod. In the past, there was a synagogue that belonged to a nearby Jewish quarter, which was demolished in the 60s and replaced by hideous high-rise apartment buildings. My building should complete the block of houses but still maintain the current function as a courtyard entry and parking. On the ground floor, oriented towards the city centre, there is a goldsmith's shop, and in the other part are common spaces for the residents with access to the cellars, underground parking, and courtyard. In total, there are 11 flats ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk.
