Annotation
The proposal enters on the site of a former farmhouse, old villa and car dealerships with an attempt to place as many apartments as possible. The proposed rows of houses do not obstruct the southern light by their orientation. Each is slightly rotated according to the morphology of the area. The specific typology brings together two houses connected by a single staircase. This combines the advantages of cross ventilation of the flats and half the consumption of vertical roads with the possibility of building in contact rows as in a normal block of houses. Expression of Houses explores the complex evolution of the tenement house and questions how to build on it today.
