The residential block is designed on a corner plot at the location of an existing structure in an area with diverse development. The project respects all street lines and effectively responds to the surrounding environment. The project consists of two volumes, with one volume stepping back from the street line to the level of the residential building on the other side of the block. The main part has 3 above-ground floors, and an additional three floors are added to equalize the height with the adjacent buildings. The structure is divided into three residential units, including a shared parking area and a commercial ground floor. Entrances are located on the less frequented street, providing direct access to the inner block.
