Annotation
The site is located on the edge of Libeň enclosed by the river Rokytka and under railway overpass. I design two friendly sections that compliment the duality of the site. The northern part continues the block development and, together with the low-floor workshops, completes the block. The southern part, located at the foot of the Hájek, is made up of four solitaires perpendicular to the street connected by an enfilade, which thus naturally enclose courtyards.
The composition consists mainly of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with a touch of 4bedroom and atypical terrace apartments.
The expression of the house is formed by the layering of coarse white plaster with blue tiles
with dimensions of 20x20 cm, winter gardens and balconies with chrome columns.
