The house is located on the corner of the (imaginary) block of residential houses at the entrance to Grébovka and on the main street leading to the Vršovice railway station. The block is crossed by the Botič stream. The proposal replaces an existing detached building that terminates a row of houses in Rostovská Street. The street does not have a fixed street line, so the proposal follows the two oldest tenement houses - a narrower street. A pedestrian corridor is created along the Botič to serve the courtyard. The residential building 6NP and 2PP. In the underground floors there are parking spaces, technical and storage facilities. On the ground floor there are two commercial spaces. In the remaining above-ground there are apartments. A roof is available to the residents.
