Annotation
The assignment of the diploma project is the design of a new hotel building in the locality of the Holesovice Bubny - Zatory district. The capital city of Prague has selected a new territorial study in a public tender, which should transform the brownfield into a modern district. This study then defines the area for the possible design of a new hotel, on which this diploma project is based. The aim of the project itself was to design a hotel building that would help this district get a new face and that would fit sensitively into its urban structure.
