The project is located on the intersection of streets Vinohradská and Legerova in Prague, above rail tracks. The assignment was to design a building of a specific typology not yet much researched - Bleisure Hub. A building, that provides place for leisure, accommodation and place for business meetings. During the semester, an analysis of the place and typology was performed, and then the design process of the building itself was done. The emphasis was placed on functional solution, structure solution and looks.
