Annotation
Prague, Košíře. High rise, high density.
In my semester thesis I explore the typology of the urban rental house as an alternative to private development. The plot is located close to the centre on the busy Argentínska Street.
I replace a commercial, low-rise, suburban development of car factories with a big city house.
