The proposed plot is located in the historic center of Náchod and, together with the building called "Houses behind the town hall", completes an empty town block. The building is on the corner, it is in the letter L shape and it is surraunding a quiet inner block. It is made of two main masses - the higher west wing, which has 6 above-ground floors, and the south wing, which is one floor lower.
