Annotation

At first , I wanted to create an apartment building on the best narrow corner plot. The task is to have an apartment building within the first 45, right off the bat. However, this is an abbreviation, focusing only on people of productive age. There is a shortage of housing for seniors. A home with care services is, by its nature, large, but thanks to the division into pavilions, it fits into the urban context of Řevnice. The pavilions create order, a system, and the various orientations of the cells towards each other, however, break the strictness of the order, and the house does not appear monotonous or monstrous. Less of an institution, more of a home. Behind them, a train passes by, but it doesn't disturb the residents; they don't hear it well, as their hearing is already quite poor.
