Metabolix towers are duplicable buildings with variable height and facade. They offer simple, functional housing in an otherwise unattractive location, such as the vicinity of the highway. The foundation is a concrete core that meets all the requirements for the house's serviceability. Individual apartments-capsules are connected to it. Capsules are variable, as is their location on the core, each apartment can be assembled as desired from 4 basic cubes. The capsules can be disconnected and connected, so the house can constantly change its shape over time. The pronounced verticality of the building in contrast to the horizontality of the highway offers only an interesting view from the individual apartments, but also impressive views from the cars passing by.
