What is UZEL? UZEL is a place where paths meet. Time here slows down. On the ground floor of the multifunctional house there is a bus station designed as an open space, covered by a massive mass of car parking building. The building floats on pooled columns, ensuring optimum use of space and aesthetic lightness of the ground floor. The other four floors are reserved for parking which becomes a key element for commuters. The "Park and Ride" concept allows for convenient parking and quick transit to train or bus services. The top of the building becomes a place to relax and a gathering place for residents. Residential rooftop with café and park provides space for leisure time for all residents. The façade panels are made of recycled plastic, suspended on a grid.
